Government should name regions after Shatta Movements and BhimNation, this are the words from the controversial dancehall artiste Shatta Wale.
He said this at the Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy’s peace conference held today at the Marriott Hotel in Accra.
During the Award night at the VGMA a week ago, Shatta Wale stormed the stage with his thugs when Stonebwoy was announced as the winner of the reggae dancehall artiste of the year category.
They were arrested and charged to court for offensive conduct conducive to breach of peace and display of a firearm in public without permission, after the incident at the VGMA.
Presiding over the case, Justice Isaac Addo granted the two bail at the cost of GHc 50,000 with one surety each. The case is adjourned to June 20, 2019.

He appealed to the government to name the regions after him and his rival Stonebwoy.
The duo announced their concert dubbed Ghana First after their peace pact few days ago.
The concert will be held to promote peace and unity amongst the two champs.
“Government should create Shatta and Bhim regions,” Shatta Wale appealed to President Akufo-Addo at the press conference.
Date and other relevant information about the peace concert will be released to the public when time is due.
