Sofia was born on 21 July 1992 in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States, where her parents raised her.

After graduating from Salt Lake City High School, she attended the University of Utah, where she graduated with a degree in Economics.

After graduation, she served as a financial film consultant but quit due to her desire to start her YouTube channel and focus on full-time content creation.

She is well known for her podcast called “Call Her Daddy,” which started airing in 2018.

She started the podcast with her co-host Alexander Cooper whom she met through a mutual friend while they were on vacation at Southwest Festival in Austin, Texas.

They both begin to talk about sex education, and those around them suggested they start a podcast together.

She also owns her podcast called “Sofia with an F,” where she addressed many issues, including her personal life.

In 2011, Sofia got arrested in Salt Lake County to consume alcohol minor, public intoxication, and inference with the officer responsible for her arrest. She eventually got released, but pictures of her arrest got viral.
