2. Soak And Exfoliate Your Feet Soaking your feet first before moisturizing makes the process more effective. A cracked heel is usually thicker and drier than the rest of your body, so it needs some moisture, which can be gotten from a foot soak. 6. Bananas Bananas contain amino acids, which are helpful for cracked feels. To use them for your feet, mash two ripe bananas into a smooth paste. Apply this paste on your feet for 20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water before moisturizing your feet. Remember to see significant results, and you must be consistent with these remedies.
