Personal Life
She was born in Akwa Ibom state in April 1982, to a Christian family. Her father was a pastor, and her mother was a teacher.
Edo attended the University of Uyo, where she earned a Diploma in theatre arts. She proceeded to the University of Calabar, where she studied the English Language.

She got married to Philip Ehiagwina in 2008. The couple separated in September 2014 and divorced two years later due to irreconcilable differences.
Its been widely speculated that her marriage ended over alleged infidelity.
It was made public after she came out on tweeter to rebuff the allegations of her infidelity.

Ini Edo, however, wasn’t bothered about the end of her marriage. The dazzling actress bought two luxury cars within months of her separation with Ehiagwina.
Also, she built a mansion in Lekki, Lagos State, in which house warming was attended by celebrities like Tu Face, Chichi Igbo, and many others.
