Early Life
Sydney Talker’s real name is Sydney Egere. He was born in Edo State, Nigeria, on January 6, 1996. Sydney’s early years of life were full of different emotional challenges and difficulties. When he was very young, his father and mother separated.
After this unfortunate incident, his mother took care of him for a while before sending him to live with his relatives. Sydney didn’t stay in one place at this time.
He was just being moved between the relatives of his extended family, causing him to live in different types of environments at a very young age.
Sydney’s father struggled with drug addiction, and this really had a negative impact on the family in general.
Sydney shared in an interview that he felt like he was not wanted in the family. Before his birth, his mother had decided to terminate her pregnancy, but she was encouraged and persuaded by Sydney’s grandmother not to take such action.
Education
Sydney’s primary and secondary school education was undertaken in Benin City. After he graduated from secondary school, he pursued computer science at the University of Benin.
