Todd encouraged his then-girlfriend, Heather, to become intimate with Hogan and secretly recorded them in the act.
Later in court, Heather testified that she had been with Hogan four times, and all of their meetings were at the request of her husband, Todd.
After the video was released to the public, Hulk Hogan decided to sue the distributing company, Gawker, for damages to the tune of $140 million.
