In 2000 Courtney got married to Andre Conrad, but the marriage ended a few months after. She was also engaged to Robert Andrews but ended their relationship before she met Roger Fishman.

Courtney got married in a secret ceremony to Roger Fishman in Los Angeles on January 1, 2007.

The ceremony was so quiet that they did not invite their parents or any guest.

The couple welcomed their son on January 11, 2008, and named him Jacob Emerson Fishman.
