You do not have to spend a much on your skin to give it that glow; eating the right food can help your skin glow.

In addition to wearing sunscreen, drinking water, getting quality sleep, and using the right skin products, eating nutritious food is critical in maintaining healthy skin.

For meat lovers, chicken is an excellent source of zinc and selenium.
