Jackie had always wanted to be a journalist, right from her childhood, so after graduating high school, she proceeded to study Broadcast Journalism at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut.
While studying, she worked with NBC Sports as an intern and as a student correspondent with MSNBC in 2006 and 2007.
In 2007, Jackie graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism.
Career
Jackie started her professional career in 2007 as a producer with WWLP-TV in Springfield, Massachusetts, four months into her job, and she got promoted as an anchor and reporter.
In 2010, she made a career switch, leaving broadcast journalism for a Managing director role at Coltrin & Associates, a New York-based public relations firm.
Then, two years into working as a director, Jackie went back into broadcasting, this time as a news anchor for News 12 Connecticut, where she anchored three live morning broadcasts.
After two years in News 12, in December 2014, she left to join Fox News Channel as a correspondent, which she still holds to date.
Jackie works as a correspondent and anchor of the Fox News Overnight Breaking News segment.
In 2017, she had the opportunity to interview the former US First lady, Melania Trump. In April 2018, she became a co-host of “Fox and Friends First” alongside Abby Huntsman.

Jackie keeps a very private life. She is married to her high school sweetheart Eddie Ibanez, a film producer best known for producing the French film “Ricky” in 2010.
