Peter McMahon is an English business executive. He is also known to be the husband of Dana Perino, a famous American political commentator.
EARLY LIFE
McMahon was born on June 6, 1954, while his parents lived in Blackpool in England.
After finishing high school, he attended the University of Liverpool to study Business Administration and Management. Not long after graduation, Peter started to pursue his career by working at Sainsbury’s as a distribution and supply chain director.
Sainsbury’s has currently been named the second largest chain of supermarkets in the United Kingdom.
After working in Sainsbury’s from 1992-2002, he proceeded to serve in other countries. The notable places in which he worked were England, Northern Ireland, and a little bit in Scotland.
CAREER
Peter started his professional career after his graduation. He started working at Sainsbury as the supply chain and distribution director between 1992 to 2000, where he worked in various Salisbury branches across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Peter then proceeded to join Tesco in 2002, a popular groceries and merchandise company. Another interesting fact to note is that Tesco is now known as the second-largest retailer in the world.
Peter worked at Tesco as a supply chain director for the European branch. He left Tesco in 2004 after securing a job in Walmart, where he worked as the company supervisor and director of the supply chain in their German office.

He joined Loblaw Companies Limited, Shopko, in 2006 as their and Chief Executive Officer and left in 2013.
He is presently the president and CEO of Shopko.
Peter McMahon marriage
He met Dana, his wife, in 1997 on the way to Chicago. Due to their age differences, Peter never thought that he would go out with the political commentator.
It was why it came as a surprise when Dana asked him out, which was the beginning of their beautiful relationship.
Peter and Dana dated for a few months and then decided to get married. They got married in England in 1998.
Peter was once doing well walking his dog without a leash. However, he refused to pay the fine, and this got him arrested. McMahon spent a day in jail, after which he was released.
He and his wife currently live in Manhattan with their dog, named Jasper.
