As much as the immune system does a lot, it also needs to be taken care of; this means that attention should be paid to ensuring your immune system is as active and robust as it should be.

Getting 7-8 hours of sleep every day is very important because inadequate sleep can weaken your immune system.

  • Consuming Garlic

Garlic supports the immune system, often referred to as the “immune system best friend.

” This is because it is rich in allicin, a sulphuric compound that fights off infectious diseases like the common cold, influenza, and flu.

Consuming it in its raw form by incorporating it into meals has shown to be more effective.

Garlic powder can also be used in place of fresh garlic and added to meals.
