Career
Brooks started her modeling career by posting sizzling pictures of herself on her Instagram handle in 2015, and this eventually got the attention of fans and modeling agents.
However, the start of her professional modeling career wasn’t all rosy as she was often rejected for being too curvy or too short at 5:8 feet, sometimes for being too tall and other times for her entire chest.
She was told her body type did not fit New York’s runways and high fashion work, but she was not put off and kept being consistent, which eventually paid off.
In 2019, based on popular vote, editors’ choice, and the contestant’s history, Brooks was selected as a Sports Illustrated brand ambassador.

She had beaten over 10,000 other ladies who competed for the same opportunity.
After the selection, she was rejected but fortunately found support with supermodel Christie Brinkley who, on interviewing her, revealed that she was the perfect fit for the magazine.
Thanks to Christie, Brooks got the opportunity to show off her body in a swimsuit in the 2020 Swimsuit Issue cover; this marked the official beginning of her modeling career.
Her modeling portfolio includes modeling in commercials of various brands and designers, including Covergirl, Laura Mercier, and much more.
She has also worked with multiple lingerie, makeup, and sports brands like L’Étoile, Wish, Oh Polly and appeared on the covers of Elle magazines.
