Kolawole Ajeyemi was born on 17th January and originated from Ogbomosho in Oyo State. His secondary education took place in Ogbomosho Grammar School, Ogbomosho.
He is referred to as Awilo in many of the Yoruba movies he starred in. Kolawole Ajeyemi is a very energetic actor and almost always given action-packed in many films.

Kolawole Ajeyemi got married to Toyin Abraham on the 4th of July 2019. The marriage has produced a son, to whom Toyin gave both on the 15th August 2019.
However, before he married Toyin Abraham, he already had a daughter with another woman named Temitope Ajeyemi. The mother of the girl is not known yet.
On the other hand, Toyin Abraham was previously married to another Nollywood actor named Adeniyi Johnson; she broke up with Johnson in 2016, after which she got married to Kolawaole Ajeyemi, making him the second husband.
However, rumors are rife that she was previously married to someone else before meeting Adeniyi Johnson, making Kolawole Ajeyemi her third husband. The name of the first husband is believed to be Adeniyi Solanke.
